History types will appreciate the layers here - Clopton Park has centuries of use behind it, though you won't find much interpretation on the ground, so bring a bit of curiosity.

Families with younger legs might find an hour enough; walkers will stretch it to two or three easily. The main path is well-maintained and free to access, though timing matters - early morning or late afternoon beats a Saturday midday mob. Spring brings wildflowers if the reserve hasn't been over-managed.
