Right opposite the village pub stands what might be Suffolk's most photographed village sign - a proper work of art that tells Sutton's story in carved wood and paint. This isn't your standard roadside marker but a detailed tableau featuring the local church, sailing boats from the nearby River Deben, and agricultural scenes that capture the area's farming heritage.
