Stamford Farm, camrose

Stamford Farm near Camrose is a working nature reserve that sits quietly in the Pembrokeshire countryside, a few miles south of Haverfordwest. It's the sort of place where you'll find yourself surrounded by proper habitat - wetlands, grassland, and scrub - rather than manicured paths and visitor centres. The appeal here is straightforward: if you're into spotting birds, insects, or just want to walk through undisturbed countryside, it delivers.

The reserve works because it hasn't been turned into an attraction in the traditional sense.
