St Mary's Church Patrixbourne

The moment you push through the lychgate at St Mary's, you're looking at Norman architecture that's actually survived - properly survived - since the 12th century. The church sits in Patrixbourne, a village just a handful of miles south of Canterbury, and it's the sort of place that rewards wandering off the main tourist trail.
