St Budock Parish Church

St Budock Church sits on the outskirts of Truro, a solid granite structure that's been quietly doing its thing for centuries. It's the sort of place locals walk past without thinking twice, but it rewards a proper look around. The churchyard alone is worth fifteen minutes - old headstones, decent views across the valley, and the kind of peace you don't get in town. Inside, there's genuine medieval work alongside later additions, and the windows catch the light in that particular way old churches do.

This is really for history buffs and walkers rather than families looking for an afternoon's entertainment. Kids will get bored after ten minutes unless you're genuinely into church architecture.
