This isn't a quick afternoon diversion - it's a full day commitment, and frankly, that's exactly what makes it work. You get tropical gardens that actually feel warm (thanks to the Cornish microclimate), then the JungleBarn itself, which houses all manner of birds and reptiles in proper conditions, not cramped cages. Kids absolutely lose their minds in here, especially if they've got any interest in wildlife. The bird encounters are genuinely impressive - peacocks roaming freely, parrots that talk back, the lot.

Walking the grounds takes proper stamina. There are gentle paths through the gardens and more challenging trails if you fancy it, so it suits families with mixed energy levels.
