New Wells Church - Brabourne

The churchyard at New Wells sits on a gentle slope above Brabourne village, a small Kent settlement between Hythe and the Romney Marsh flatlands. It's the sort of place you'd stumble upon by accident while cycling through the Weald, which is precisely why you should go.

The church itself dates back to the 12th century, though it's been worked on and added to across the medieval period. Inside, there's decent stained glass and some proper old monuments worth examining if you're into that sort of thing.
