It's genuinely worthwhile if you're into decorative arts, design history, or just fancy seeing how the Arts and Crafts movement translated into everyday objects. Even if pattern and design aren't your usual thing, there's something rather lovely about the colour palette and the sheer craftsmanship on display. The prints read as earnest rather than pretentious, which matters.

Emsworth itself is a pretty little harbour town - proper seaside without the amusement arcades - so you could easily pair this with a walk along the water and lunch at one of the local spots. If you're staying at The Old Dairy Farm Glamping just up the road, it's a straightforward visit on a wet afternoon, or slip in while you're exploring the town. Mill Rythe and Fishery Creek are both close enough that you could make it part of a wider day out.

Allow an hour at most unless you're genuinely serious about print design. No kids will thank you for more than that.
