An hour's walk in the area, camera in hand, sorts it. No admission fees or opening hours to worry about since it's an external structure, though you'll need to ask locally about access if you're hoping for anything beyond photographs.

If you're staying at Broadmeadow Caravan Park, literally less than a mile away, it's a pleasant evening wander. Combine it with proper walking across the Wye Valley rather than making it your day's centrepiece. The region has far more substantial attractions, but Gazebo Tower makes for a satisfying oddity between them.
