E-Scape

There's hands-on stuff that keeps children occupied for a solid hour or two, interactive displays that don't feel patronising, and genuine information if you want to dig deeper. The building itself is the exhibit in many ways - it's constructed and operated to minimise its own environmental footprint, which adds weight to what they're trying to say.

Perfect if you're the sort of family that reads the labels at museums or if climate and environment stuff genuinely interests you. Less ideal if you're after pure entertainment - this requires a bit of engagement. The site works well alongside a wider Cheshire holiday park stay. Lady Heyes Holiday Park sits just 3.8 miles away, making E-Scape a solid half-day activity without major travel. Belmont Hall Camping, at 5.4 miles, is another reasonable base.
