Creigiau Gleision North Top

The summit at Creigiau Gleision North Top sits 600-odd metres above Llanrwst, a proper graft if you're coming from the valley floor but manageable in an afternoon. The walk itself matters as much as the top - you're threading through moorland and rough grass, with the Conwy Valley spreading below you as you climb. On a clear day the views stretch from Snowdonia's high peaks westward across to the coast. It's the sort of place where the effort feels justified the moment you crest the ridge.

Allow two to three hours for a round trip depending on fitness and which approach you take.
