The approach from Llandovery takes you through quiet country lanes and moorland paths. Allow a couple of hours for a steady round trip, longer if you're dawdling. Several caravan parks sit within a few miles - Barons Court and Erwlon are both close to Llandovery, making them solid bases for exploring the area.
