Boquio

Getting up to Boquio involves a proper walk across moorland that rewards you with views across Cornwall's tin-mining heartland. It's not a dramatic peak - more of a sturdy bump of granite on the open moor near Redruth - but that's rather the point. You're walking through landscape that shaped the county's industrial past, with old mine workings visible all around you.

The walk itself is straightforward and takes about an hour there and back from the nearest car park.
