Silverstone Woodlands Campsite

Cracking campsite, have been many times. Large camping space for Silverstone Race Circuit, has a range of electric and non-electric pitches, two toilet/shower block, which during F1 races are metered and outside of that time are free unlimited access. On-site bar, frequently with music, burger, pizza vans and standard campsite shop, with food, drinks and ice for your coolbox

I had my first stay at Silverstone Woodlands for the 2025 F1 GP. Stayed from Wednesday morning until Sunday evening, in lively camping. Overall, had a great time camping here! Arrived at 11am on Wednesday, and from pulling in to pitching up took 40 minutes in total with the queue for ticket check etc. A minor queue to exit at 20:30 on Sunday evening. Very large campsite next to Silverstone motor racing circuit. Large events have live music, fairground rides and multiple eating and drinking options in a festival village atmosphere. Some permanent toilet / shower blocks with additional trailer type facilities which are usually very well kept. Was here for the F1! The booking process was good, well informed and clear instructions prior to arrival. The signage on approach not great (maybe a local event problem rather than a campsite issue). But you were to follow certain symbols for certain campsites etc. first sign had the symbol to follow which was great. This is a great campsite located right next to Silverstone. So the ideal place to stay for F1. The food stalls are amazing, so much choice and reasonably priced. There's a pub too with a large TV screen outside in which we watched England in the Euros. Lots of bars too. The entertainment is top notch. They really do out in a show for all ages. Everyone is so friendly. However. It's just let down ...
