Riverside Camping

Had a beautiful stay in our motor home right on the river. The site was well maintained and the facilities were nice. The owner even kindly dropped us off in town saving us a long wait for the bus or taxi!

Great location just a few minutes from the Caernarfon bypass road. We had our touring caravan and had a pitch quite close to the river. Had 3 nights there and it was really good. Touring during half term with my family including a 8yo. Nice play area for kids, basketball, volleyball, badminton. Clean restrooms and showers. Laundry. Nice bistro on site. 7 minutes from local shops. Perfect hardstanding for caravan we didn't need any adjustments. Easy access to all North Wales attractions. Very polite owners. We stayed in our motorhome, I think they may have cabins on site but didn't stay in or see them. Lovely quiet place where you can swim in the river if there are no safety issues, though we went in October so didn't try it, there is a lively walk around the river and a Bistro. Lovely and very helpful owners. I would definitely recommend this site.

The owners of the campsite are very pleasant and the site is in a picturesque situation being surrounded on three sides by a fast flowing river; the grounds are beautifully cared for and the hard standing pitches are thoughtfully level which is a rarity nowadays and each with EHU, water tap and grey water drain.
