Keswick Camping and Caravanning Club

The staff on site were great, facilities were clean and warm, important in February, great location for visiting keswick, bus station and supermarket really close, rugby club has been seriously upgraded and bar and kitchen open to public.

Site is spacious and in an excellent location with views over Derwentwater second or minutes from any pitch on site. A 5 minute walk from Keswick town centre. Clean facilities and site.

This is a good place, run by nice people but it depends what you need as to how well you get on here. If you are a motorhome person it’s excellent. You can pitch up, it’s all easy and you have some cracking views to look at out of your camper. If you are camping with a tent it’s not as great. But still okay. Fabulous location. Lovely welcome, helped you find a pitch. Showers/ toilets clean. Short walk into centre. Fabulous cycle ride around Derwentater Lake on a (Mountain bike). Perfect for walking.

Well what can we say ! We were so pleased to be greeted with a friendly 😀 The camp site was lovely and Tina went out of her way to settle us in our super pitch for an extra night and she looked as happy as we were.
