Haven Haggerston Castle Holiday Park

Site itself has is ok and very big. Just don’t come if you plan any quiet mornings as there has been a tractor driving up and down from 8am every day while we are here. So an extended sleep is out of the question. Staff are all very polite and helpful just the noise spoils it. (Stayed in a silver caravan so maybe less noise with the gold depending on location)

We have come as a family of 4 for the Halloween weekend. Caravan is fine apart from the double bed mattress is awful and has all the springs sticking out. The caravan itself was lovely and situated lakeside making for a lovely view out of the window. We found the distance from the main building to be a pain though especially given the ridiculously small car park and overflow compared to the amount of caravans on site. We have had an absolutely awesome holidays. Caravan was clean and very spacious for a family of 4. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Very friendly staff and plenty of restaurants for you to choose from. Great options for delivering food into your caravan. Caravan had everything we needed to cook some simple meals throughout the day. Overall, we will definitely be back soon 😉

So nearly a 5 ⭐ holiday. On arrival our caravan was very spacious and well equipped. Warm and easy to work everything We were in the area called castle lakes. Quiet and quite secluded as only one road in and out so no through traffic. Entertainment was ok . Facilities for grandson were good. Swimming. Soft play and of course the the arcades. The only reason I knocked of a star was our pet dog....
