Perfect location to explore Cheddar. Facilities spotless clean. Spacious pitches. Able to walk into Cheddar, use the footpath rather than the road way.

Arrived late last night. We were called to say reception was close and given details how to check in, great service, thank you. Short walk into town. First part is very dark without a path on the main road so at least take a torch if walking after dark

This is a very good beautifully kept CAMC site. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of products in the reception which we found handy. The site is in a great location for walking into Cheddar along a pleasant footpath and avoiding the road. Cheddar village has a good selection of shops and cafes including a Sainsburys and Tesco. The iconic Gorge is only a 15 walk ...

Very small site, smaller than expected! Dog walk was 20m long and then straight onto a kids play area. Toilets and showers very clean. Shop sells everything you need at double the regular price. Fresh loaf for £3 and an average sausage roll which was more pastry than meat for £2.50. Nice cycle into Cheddar but £25 per person to look round is shocking
