My wife & I spent last weekend in our motorhome there. Although the weather was quite bad some of the time we still enjoyed the walks & so did our dogs. The marshes really are something else. We stayed in a camping pod. It was really cosy and warm. Very clean and immaculate. Dog friendly. We didn't get to experience the onsite restaurant or bar as it's only open on the weekends. But everywhere looks really well looked after and maintained. Great walks nearby. We will be rebooking for another time to bring our son.

This was a weekend vist were we came to see how things had changed in the last 20 years, back then 😳 it was £9 a night 🌙 for a touring caravan 🚐 to stay. The location has always been the best reason to visit this area it's easy to get too, you have easy access to the bay on one side and the canal on the other. Two nights in October , beautiful site, pitches are spacious and private , shower and toilet facilities probably best I’ve seen and kept very clean. The Staff were lovely. Visited the two local towns we walked and use the local bus service . Free WiFi worked great and the cost of the pitch was incredible. Thank you we had a great stay. Would recommend . Peacefull gateway .
