White Rock Water Feature

The White Rock Water Feature sits right at the seafront in Hastings, a proper focal point if you're wandering along the promenade. It's a sculpture-cum-fountain arrangement - not enormous, but it catches the light nicely and gives you something to actually look at beyond the usual stretch of shingle and sea. Kids will spend a few minutes investigating it, adults might snap a photo for Instagram. The thing is, it's very much a 'while you're passing' attraction rather than a reason to trek into town on its own. That said, if you're staying at one of the nearby holiday parks - Combe Haven or Beaulieu Farm are both within spitting distance - you'll stumble across it naturally enough on an evening stroll. Free to view, obviously. Allow five minutes, ten if you're taking pictures and the light's good. Winter's actually decent for visiting because Hastings doesn't get rammed, though the seafront can be properly windy. Worth a look if you're exploring the town's seafront attractions alongside the pier and the old town quarter, but don't plan your day around it. It's the sort of thing that's pleasant when you find it, forgettable if you miss it.
