West Malling Runway Memorial

West Malling sits just outside Maidstone, which makes it easy to slot into a longer trip. There are several camping and glamping options within a few miles - River View Camping and The Hop Farm are close by if you're planning a longer stay. Spring and summer are best for visiting, as you can actually spend time outside without freezing. Go early in the day if you can, when the light catches the runway properly.
