Walking into Ty'n-y-lon Wood near Llandrindod Wells feels like stepping into proper Mid Wales territory - dense, quiet, and utterly devoid of crowds. It's a modest woodland sitting on the outskirts of town, the kind of place locals know but tourists drive past without noticing.
