The layout winds through moorland with the kind of views that distract you from your scorecard - in the best way. Playing here feels properly remote despite being just three miles from Dunoon.

This is for golfers, full stop. If you don't play, there's not much else to do here beyond admiring the landscape. The course itself is well-maintained, not brutally difficult, and the routing takes advantage of the natural terrain without feeling over-engineered. You're looking at a good four hours for a round, maybe less if you're playing quick.
