The bollards aren't confined to one gallery space - that's rather the point. You're essentially doing a self-guided hunt through Winchester's streets, which means they work brilliantly alongside a park-based holiday. Base yourself at Holden Farm Camping & Cafe (5.2 miles out, genuinely excellent according to reviews) or Hookpit Farm just 3.5 miles away, then spend an afternoon exploring Winchester proper. The bollards give you a reason to actually look at the streets rather than just passing through.

History enthusiasts will get the reference immediately - Blake's pop art sensibility meets public ownership. Kids might enjoy the treasure-hunt aspect for a bit, though truthfully it's more for adults who appreciate contemporary art integrated into everyday spaces. Allow an hour or so to find the main ones without rushing, longer if you're the type to photograph each piece.
