Peppa Pig World Entrance

You'll spot the massive inflatable Peppa Pig before you reach the entrance - hard to miss, really. This is the gateway to Paultons Park near Ashurst, where the whole thing is geared toward young children who've watched the show on repeat. The entrance itself is photo-friendly in that obvious way theme parks are designed to be, with bright colours and character cutouts everywhere.

Inside, you're looking at rides and attractions themed around the TV show - nothing sophisticated, but kids under eight tend to lose their minds. There's a train, slides, and various play areas scattered through the park. The whole experience is fairly quick if you're just visiting the Peppa section, though the broader Paultons Park has other rides that might stretch a day out to five or six hours if you're patient.

It's free to enter the park itself, though you'll pay per ride or grab a wristband for unlimited goes. Budget around two to three hours if you're only here for Peppa World, though families often combine it with Paultons' other attractions. Fair warning: it gets rammed during school holidays.

Stay at one of the nearby campsites - Green Hill Farm Holiday Village or Ashurst Campsite are both within easy striking distance. You won't find much here for anyone over ten unless they're accompanying younger siblings, and it's not the sort of place to linger once the kids have done the rides twice. But as a morning or afternoon activity during a park holiday in Wiltshire, it works.
