The setting near Botswicky Copse helps - there's something about viewing art in a rural context that strips away the usual gallery nonsense.

Free admission is a significant draw, and you can spend anywhere from forty minutes to two hours here depending on how much the current show grabs you. It's not the kind of place that will occupy an entire afternoon, but paired with Nordic Glamping at Botswicky just five miles away, it slots nicely into a weekend that's part countryside retreat, part cultural break. Best visited mid-week when it's quieter and you can actually talk to whoever's manning the place - they'll give you the real story about what's on.
