Meall Cuanail

The walk up Meall Cuanail isn't a famous peak - most hill walkers heading into Argyll skip straight for Ben Cruachan across the water - but that's precisely why it's worth your time. From Taynuilt, it's a proper straightforward climb through mixed woodland and open moorland, with the reward being a genuinely fine view across Loch Awe without the crowds you'd battle on the bigger names.
