The recreation ground sits right on Llanrhystud's doorstep - a modest but proper local space where the village meets the countryside. There's walking access through the site, which makes it useful if you're staying nearby rather than a destination in itself.

The best time is morning or late afternoon when it's quieter and the light's better.
