LEGO City

Bracknell Forest's LEGO City is a proper draw if you've got kids who can't get enough of bricks and plastic. It's not a theme park - this is an indoor attraction where children can build, play, and lose themselves in enormous LEGO installations. You'll see everything from life-sized vehicles to intricate cityscapes, depending on what exhibition's on. Most children will happily spend two to three hours here, building their own creations and exploring themed zones.

The admission isn't free, so budget accordingly, though it tends to be reasonable for families. Nearby Windsor gives you a good sense of where you are geographically - about twenty minutes' drive away - and if you're staying at one of the local parks like Cranbourne Hall or Queens Acre, LEGO City makes for an excellent rainy-day backup plan or a change of pace from woodland walks.

Honestly? It's fine if your children are brick-obsessed, but don't expect the scale or ambition of a LEGOLAND. This is more hands-on play centre than spectacle. Teenagers will likely find it too young for them, and adults unaccompanied would be wasting their money. Worth adding to a longer holiday itinerary, particularly if you're basing yourselves at one of the caravan parks in the area and looking for indoor activities between outdoor pursuits.
