Jumpzone

You'll find Jumpzone just outside Brighton - a sprawling trampoline park that's basically a giant playground for kids who've got too much energy and nowhere to burn it. The whole place is packed with interconnected trampolines, foam pits, and bounce zones designed to keep children (and brave adults) occupied for hours. It's the sort of place where your six-year-old will want to stay until closing time, and you'll be the one ready to leave after ninety minutes.

Families are the obvious crowd here, particularly those with primary school age kids. Teenagers might find it a bit young for them unless they're competitive types keen to show off their aerial skills. It's worth checking their website for opening hours and admission costs before heading over, as these theme parks often have peak and off-peak pricing. Allow a good two to three hours if you want to avoid the 'are we leaving yet?' conversation.

If you're camping nearby - and there's decent spots at Pegs and Pitches Camping (1.3 miles away) or Brighton Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite just 1.7 miles out - Jumpzone makes a solid rainy day solution when the South Coast weather turns. Chalky Downs is another option at 2.8 miles if you've booked there. It's not going to replace actual outdoor exploring, but it's exactly what you need when you need it.
