Hook Hill

The walk up Hook Hill rewards you with one of Surrey's best views - proper panoramic stuff across the Weald and beyond. It's not exactly a mountain, but at around 500 feet, it punches above its weight, especially on clear days when you can see for miles.

The climb itself takes about twenty minutes from the nearest car park, following well-trodden paths through decent woodland. The final stretch opens out onto grassland with benches and a trig point if you're into that sort of thing.
