The ground itself has character. It's not a gleaming modern bowl; instead it's got that slightly worn-in feel of a club with real history, which football fans either love or find a bit tired depending on which way you lean.

You'll need to check Portsmouth FC's fixture list to time your visit, obviously, but match days transform the area around the stadium. The Fratton End gets properly lively.
