You'll get the most from a visit if you're genuinely interested in how kombucha gets made, or if you're after something different from the usual brewery tour. It's not a sprawling visitor experience with a gift shop and food hall - this is the real thing, which some will find refreshing and others might think a bit low-key. The staff clearly know their stuff about fermentation and flavours, which makes the visit worthwhile if you ask decent questions.

Allow an hour, perhaps 90 minutes if they're doing a proper walkthrough. It works well as part of a broader West Yorkshire food and drink itinerary rather than a destination on its own.
