Coburg House Studios is run by working artists, and it shows - the place feels lived-in rather than sterile, with proper studio space visible alongside rotating exhibitions of painting, sculpture, and printwork. You're essentially wandering through someone's creative workspace, which means the work on display tends to be genuinely interesting rather than churned out for tourists.

Weekends only, 11 to 4, and admission is free. Allow an hour if you're thorough, less if you're just browsing. The space isn't vast, but there's usually enough to keep you engaged - local artists exhibiting alongside more established names. If you've got kids, they might find it a bit quiet for extended visits, but teenagers interested in art will absolutely get something out of it. Serious art buyers have been known to pick up pieces directly from the studios here.
