Auldearn Parish Church

The churchyard at Auldearn sits quietly on the edge of the village, about twenty minutes' drive south of Nairn. It's a modest stone church - nothing grand - but the setting does something rather nice to you. Tall trees shelter the graveyard, and there's that particular Scottish Highland peace you get when you're away from the main roads but not actually in the wilderness.
