Brilliant place peacfull great staff very clean well organised

Very nice site kept clean and tidy. Nice location for exploring that part of the east coast.

The house we rented was metres from the beach, was an epic 3 night stay there. The beach was sandy and windy, was very quiet and the locals were quite friendly. The Sand grains were thick and big unlike the sands down south like camber sands which are quite grainy and dusty. It looked and felt different, which was a pleasant discovery.

Great site with fantastic staff who made you feel valued and welcome whilst keeping the place spotless. Superb facilities block. No onsite dog exercise area. Only draw back was the lack of any nearby pubs or restaurants, but that's a personal choice. Bus stop a short walk away.

Great site, first visit here very quiet site felt like an adult only site but wasn't, staff nice and professional, Sutton on Sea just 1.5m walk away, walked to Maplethorpe along the sea front, fantastic beaches and views, if walking be prepared for a 8 mile round trip back to the site. My only GRIPE was the mobile Jolly Roger fish and chips which comes about 4 times a week, you can have anything y...
