Good size lodged. 4 bedrooms loads of room. Only downside no care package when you arrive i.e washing up liquid sponge etc. Massive campsite. Didn't prewarn us main entertainment was shut Saturday as owners only so all rest of us squashed in the other bar. Apart from that ok

I had an extremely distressing experience at Parkdean Resorts White Acres and would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here. One of their Parkdean team members directed me over a ridiculously high bump.. they then claimed that the person who was quite obviously in parkdean uniform didn’t work for them! We were offered to “upgrade” to a lodge 2 days before we were due to stay. It was a lower tier lodge that looked like it had been left empty for a while, compared to the top tier caravan we would have stayed in. The reception wasn't warmly welcoming, but it wasn't bad either. My caravan was in good condition and very clean from the start, so I had nothing to complain about regarding the cleaning.
