Parkdean Resorts Sandford Holiday Park, Dorset

Arrived today at a Gold Luxury caravan, which was anything but. Thank goodness housekeeping are brilliant and customer focused, as after the service I had at reception, I was searching for hotels in the area. I have marked for my original caravan and not the one that housekeeping have moved us to, which is much more to our expectations of Gold Luxury. Thank you Lily and Lauren for caring.

First got to the holiday park and it was pleasant. Very pretty holiday park, great layout, caravan easy to find. We booked a deluxe caravan which was nice, clean and all the extras as you would expect. The club, people are queuing from 5pm to get into the club, if you don’t want to queue, then do not expect to get a table, I was almost fishing with some idiot over a table I had been waiting for ...

Just returned from a 4 night break in 3 bed Sturminster caravan, really enjoyed it. The caravan was clean, modern and plenty of room for three adults. Park very tidy, well laid out. Restaurant served good food, but would also recommend Clay Pipe pub next door for excellent food and prices. Loved the amusement arcade too. Great location for lots of attractions nearby. Would book again.
