Litton Lakes

We have just came back from two nights staying at Litton lakes. We had hired two bell tents for fourteen people which was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, very clean showers, toilets and friendly people. Excellent experience

A wonderful spot! We purchased a morning lake pass (around £7 per person, under 3s free) and spent 4 hours enjoying the beautiful lake, swimming, paddleboarding and picnicing. Can walk around the whole lake, lovely atmosphere and relaxing feel to the place. Cafe and toilets both close. Nice little site, only open for the summer season. Very friendly lady that runs it. The logs and fire pit are overpriced, even for a campsite. £18 for a fire pit for 2 nights. The new toilet block is clean, but the water pressures in the showers are terrible. If more than 2 people are showering, nothing comes out! Nice little campsite. New shower/toilet block was nice, but the water pressure a bit hit or miss. Lake was nice for a bit of paddle-boarding. All in all a decent campsite

Just back from a few nights stay. Although the location is beautiful the campsite is not. Litter everywhere and the facilities were filthy. The staff really need to learn how to clean. The hygiene standards completely put us off getting food in the cafe. Also no one was monitoring the site rules at all. Dogs off lead all over and music playing loudly into the night. I would go back to use the lake...
