Went out of season so may not be representative view. Chalets comfortable. Spacious living area with well equipped kitchen. Twin rooms small for 2 people but storage space available. Bathroom/ shower good. Found it hard to navigate round park when coming back, especially in the dark, even with the map, but others better at it than me. We have been a few times now in the luxury lodge. In the main park these are too close to the main road so morning work traffic does wake you up. Past 2 bookings we have booked the bay a mile along which is their other park. So quiet and a small park, perfect for what we wanted.

Very nice little caravan site, set by the sea with a shingle beach. Most of the caravans are privately owned with a few people that rent them out. Nice club house with a swimming pool onsite and a little shop located in the entrance to the club house. Local shops are very nice and Eastbourne is just a 5/10 minute drive

Was our first time as a family staying here, was honestly very disappointed and dissatisfied. Stayed over the weekend, caravan was clean and comfortable. Only let down was The boathouse. On Friday waited for 45 minutes to be served a pie and mash that was partly inedible ( was sure iit was over-microwaved.) Saturday had a very delicious burger meal. Then arrived at 8pm on Sunday to be told food stops at 7pm!. Was planning to try breakfast but as service doesn't start until 10am didn't.
