We first visited during Covid when we first started Camping with the kids. I’ve not stopped the camping bug since! So stopped off back here this week and was nice to be back! 100% recommend, the stars are so bright here, and you can hear Owls 🦉 Welcome and friendly team, laid back and happy campers 😊

Good campsite in a great location for local walks, good walks available from the campsite. Campsite has about 25 to 30 pitches for tents which are allocated prior to arrival so it's not possible to chose where to pitch your tent but the pitches are large. When we arrived, I popped into reception and Leanne checked us in, she was very polite and friendly, more than happy to give tips on what to do and directions to places. Great campsite! Didn’t feel like we were parked on top of each other, shower and toilet facilities were really clean and warm! We were a large group and they made the effort to put us all as close as possible to each other, everybody was friendly and it was a nice environment for a long Easter break.
