Fairwood lakes holiday park

Overall experience was great. Lodge was lovely and well appointed. We did struggle to locate the lodge in the dark, lack of signage and lighting led us to walking around in circles for 10mins but we eventually found it, all adds to the adventure I suppose! We booked a container lodge as a weekend getaway. Lovely place to be, gorgeous surroundings. The site is under going maintenance currently which is exciting to hear the plans. Not far from the gorgeous town of Frome and Norton St Phillip, great for history and architecture. We went for a lakeside lodge and the view from the balcony is gorgeous!

We went in as a day pass. A bit basic but the kids had a wonderful day! Would be good if the food options were a bit more healthy. A sandwich? Ciabatta? Nothing too fancy. But the play area was great also with the bouncy castle was an added bonus!

We stayed at Fairwood Lakes last weekend for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. We arrived a bit late, but the host was friendly and helpful over the phone, making check-in super easy.
