Dovercourt Holiday Park

Well, we booked a dog friendly caravan and paid for the privilege , which is listed for extra cleaning required . Not here , the sofa and lounge carpet was filthy and pissed stained . We have just finished our week stay with Dovercourt, we had the best holiday. There was a hiccup at the start but can not fault the customer service we redo from LISA who went above and beyond to resolve the issue, quickly, efficiently and appropriately. What an amazing team. Had a lovely quiet week at Dovvercourt with our dog Rex. So many places for him to walk. It's a lovely friendly site with plenty on offer. Only minor downfall was that there was a reduced menu as we have come out of season but still enjoyed tge food. Will definitely be back. Also had a lovely caravan.
