Chainbridge Touring Caravan Site

Great little site 10 min from Berwick town centre well positioned for other attractions site very clean showers and toilets immaculate will be back.

Excellent campsite!! Pitches are spacious with water on pitch and EHU. Hardstanding on pea gravel. Great surface for large Motorhome. The facilities are excellent. Showers always clean. Disappointing 1 night stop. it's well kept but the pitches are close together and there's no privacy, levellers needed. Facilities were good, proper shower with movable showerhead, temperature control and no curtain or button, but an overpowering smell of bleach, not all that clean. I booked my pitch in January so hoped that I would have a good pitch, sadly I was very dissapointed. The pitch was completely shaded from about lunch time, the one next to me also. The facilities were good, shared 2 showers and 3 toilets. Area lovely and quiet. But no I would not come again.

There is nothing here that can reduce this site from a 5 star rating. Lovely site, lovely toilet block, possibly best I've come across. The bird life is incredibly friendly. Lots to do within a reasonable radius of this site. I'm loathe to add a good review as it's going to make it more difficult to get a pitch in the future, but hey ho.
