Wishbone Brewery

Wishbone Brewery sits just outside Keighley, a proper working craft operation where you can actually watch beer being made rather than just sipping the finished product. The brewery does tours and tastings - you'll get to see the copper vessels, learn what makes their brews tick, and end up with a glass of something hoppy in hand. It's the kind of place where the staff know their stuff and won't bore you with marketing speak.

This works best for adults who actually care about beer. Teenagers might find it interesting if they're into food production, but it's not a theme park - expect to be there ninety minutes maximum. Children will quickly lose interest unless they're the type to ask technical questions about fermentation.

If you're staying at one of the nearby parks - Woodsworth Exploring or Bronte Country Park are both close by - Wishbone makes a solid half-day activity to break up a holiday focused on moorland walks and the Bronte story. The Keighley area has good walking country around it, so you could easily combine this with some fell-side rambling and still have time for lunch.
