Whitacre Pool

The water at Whitacre Pool sits perfectly still on a calm day, reflecting the sky like a mirror. It's a proper working reservoir just outside Coventry, and the main draw is the walking circuit around it - takes about an hour if you're not dawdling, longer if you stop to watch the birds.
