It's not a sprawling operation like some aviation museums, so you're looking at a solid hour and a half if you're thorough, maybe forty minutes if you just want the highlights. Families with kids aged eight and up tend to engage well - younger ones sometimes find it a touch dry.

The museum works nicely as part of a wider Cotswolds trawl. Moreton-in-Marsh itself is walkable and has decent pubs and independent shops.
