There's no visitor centre or facilities to speak of, so you're not talking about a major time commitment - more a thirty-minute stop if you want to understand the story properly. The real draw is knowing you're standing where something genuinely significant happened, even if the trees themselves look like any other Norfolk woodland now.

Worth combining with the nearby caravan parks if you're based at Norfolk Broads Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite or Clippesby Hall - both within a few miles. It fills a gap between proper attractions rather than being a destination in itself, but if you're interested in environmental history or want to show kids how ordinary people can stand up for what they believe in, it's worth the detour. Best visited on a quiet afternoon when you can actually think about what happened here without distractions.
