The Dinosaur Park Tenby

Giant fibreglass dinosaurs looming over Tenby's seafront - that's what you're getting here, and honestly, it's exactly the sort of thing that makes kids go absolutely mental for about twenty minutes. The Dinosaur Park is basically a collection of life-sized prehistoric creatures dotted around a small area near the town, the kind of place where parents can snap photos while their children clamber about pretending they're being hunted by a T-Rex.

A few have clearly weathered a good few Welsh winters, but that somehow adds to the charm rather than detracting from it. Families with young kids will get the most mileage out of it, particularly those aged four to ten. Much younger and they might find it scary; much older and they'll be checking their phones within minutes. Give it thirty minutes max, then head into Tenby proper for fish and chips or an actual beach session.
