It's not a major attraction with entry fees and tour groups. What you're doing here is walking, looking at architecture, and soaking in the Georgian charm. The proportions are lovely - nothing overdone, just honest period buildings. If you're into how towns actually developed, or you fancy photography of genuine historical streetscapes without the crowds, this delivers. Kids will get restless after ten minutes unless they're proper architecture nerds.

You'll want to combine this with a walk around the wider Tunbridge Wells conservation areas - the town has plenty of genuine character beyond the famous Pantiles. It's a quick diversion if you're based at Hopgarden Glamping and Camping down the road, though fair warning: you're coming for the walk and the look, not for activities or facilities.
